Introduction
This information, pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, informs you of how we collect, use, share and store your personal data when sending our Newsletters. This information is provided by HFG SRL as Data Controller of personal data.

What information do we collect, for what purposes and what are the legal bases? HFG SRL will process the personal data collected and/or provided through the Site and/or in the pre-contractual and/or contractual phase according to the methods and for the purposes described in this section.

Legal bases of the processing
Legitimate interest in the case of communications to its Customers relating to products similar to those purchased (soft-spam), in application of the provisions of art. 6, par. 1, letter f) GDPR and art. 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”). The possibility for users to oppose the processing in the manner set out in the following paragraph and the consent of the interested parties remains intact (art. 6, par. 1, letter a) GDPR).

Data retention
The processed data will be retained until the consent to their processing is revoked by means of the opt-out function at the bottom of each communication sent. The Data Controller, if the time interval between one newsletter and the next is more than 6 months, will proceed to request the renewal of the consent. In the event that the processing changes or evolves significantly, the Data Controller will proceed to request the renewal of the consent to the processing of such data. HFG SRL reserves the right to extend the aforementioned retention period if this is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation imposed on the Data Controller or to protect a right of the same before a competent authority.

Treatment methods
The processing of personal data of the interested parties will be mainly carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means, according to the methods and with the tools suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the GDPR. In particular, all the technical, IT, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures necessary to guarantee the minimum level of data protection required by law will be adopted, allowing access only to the persons in charge of processing by HFG SRL or the data controllers designated by the same owner.

The information acquired and the methods of processing will be relevant and not excessive with respect to the type of services provided. The data will also be managed and protected in environments whose access is under constant control.

Who do we share your information with?
The personal data of the interested parties processed, pursuant to this information, may be shared with third parties, only with the specific consent of the interested parties expressed in the Release.

Furthermore, the personal data of the interested parties processed may be communicated: - to companies, consultants or professionals possibly in charge of the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, management of the Data Controller's software or which it uses for the provision of its services, formally designated as Data Processors;

- to employees and/or collaborators of HFG SRL , formally designated as persons authorised to process data;
- to all those subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to personal data by virtue of regulatory or administrative provisions;
- to all those public and/or private entities, natural and/or legal persons (legal, administrative and tax consultancy firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Labor Offices, etc.), if the communication is necessary or functional to the correct fulfillment of the contractual obligations undertaken, as well as the obligations deriving from the law.

The data relating to the interested parties will not be disclosed, except in anonymous and aggregate form, for statistical or research purposes.

Transfer of data to third countries
We will not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), which includes, in addition to the member states of the European Union, Norway, Lichtenstein and Iceland.

In the event that this is necessary to pursue the purposes of the processing described in this Policy, our Organization guarantees that all possible transfers of data outside the EEA will take place in such a way as to guarantee the full protection of the rights and freedoms of the same. Where, with regard to the recipient third country, adequacy decisions have not been issued by the European Commission, the data transfers will be carried out by adopting the guarantees provided for by articles 46 and following of the GDPR including the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, and a considered assessment of the legislation of the possible third country of destination.

Your rights and how to contact us
In your capacity as interested party, you can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR and, specifically, the rights to:

- obtain, at any time, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the processing of the same data and obtain access to the personal data and information regarding the processing;
- request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete data; - request, in the cases indicated by the GDPR, without prejudice to the special provisions provided for certain treatments, the cancellation or limitation of data, after the expected retention periods have elapsed.

Right to complain
If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 of the Regulation).

Changes
HFG SRL reserves the right to make changes to this information at any time, giving appropriate publicity to the Interested Parties and also guaranteeing in any case adequate and similar protection of personal data.
